Bilall Bam is a company co-founder and the director responsible for the strategic direction of IMDM. he makes all top-level management decisions, oversees all aspects of supplier relations and aspects of senior management of the company.

Fiona is the first point of contact and the voice of IMDM. Her friendly demeanour and professionalism is the first things customers are exposed to when making contact with the company. Fiona excels at customer relations and is by extension also a brand ambassador and evangelist for the company and its products.
